Not much has changed

Yoshi's House is the safest area of the game. It's a simple tree house where birds frolic. Yoshi left a fire lit in his fireplace.

Now's a good time to make sure your emulator is working properly. Make sure you can jump, run, and spin jump. Also, make sure you're able to save state and load state. By default the savestate buttons are the function buttons. I recommend getting familiar with how you save state and load state. You will most certainty need it.
